Base Allegra Alcoholic Gelato
In this demonstration, we will be making Cold Process Alcohol-Infused gelato and sorbetto using PreGel Base Allegra (Alcoholic Base). We have selected these flavors for the demonstration but you can create multiple alcohol-infused gelato and sorbetto flavors using PreGel's Base Allegra (Alcoholic Base).
